Some of the greatest places to live are in South Carolina . . Murrells Inlet, North Litchfield Beach, Litchfield, Pawleys Island, Georgetown, and Black River to be specific. I feel incredibly fortunate to now call this area home, and hope you will give me the opportunity to share the greatness of our communities with you as you consider making a move, "to the beach". I will provide you with information about the area and it's many attributes. We have an array of different kinds of neighborhoods from waterfront properties on the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway to more rural riverfront properties. We have magnificent golf courses with many opportunities for homes with golf course views or wooded settings within those communities. We are also fortunate to have historical city properties in towns such as Georgetown, and country properties including southern plantations.
